- I am always learning and expanding my knowledge.

- As I am constantly dealing with new topics and files, I am able to learn on a daily basis. My job allows me to keep studying and learning. I also like the mechanical part of my job - I don't get bored!
- What do you think customers value most about you?
- Well, I try to answer their questions as soon as possible and I always have a smile on my face! Besides, I feel that I am appreciated and that they value my answers and my experience.
- What are your hobbies during the week and during the weekend?
- My hobbies are movies, reading and, above all, music! On weekends, I like to be surrounded by friends! A gathering of friends is the best!
