1. How would you define yourself in your work?

Perfectionist, versatile, demanding and a good teammate. I love to create a good working atmosphere among the team. My motto both at work and in life: We go on!

1. What do you like most about your job?

The fact that I feel I can help people solve their problems. Also that it is a constant learning process, because every client and situation is different.

1. What do you like most about your area/subject?

To be able to design the strategy that fits the client's needs and once it is implemented, to be able to see its evolution.

1. What do you think customers value most about you?

Closeness. Knowing that they can count on me for whatever they need and that I will do my best to satisfy their needs. Effort is not negotiable!

1. What are your hobbies during the week and during the weekend?

After work, there are few days when I don't practice sports, mainly paddle tennis, tennis and soccer. I also love to socialize with my friends, discovering the infinite number of different places where you can go for dinner or a drink.

My weekends can be defined in soccer and friends. There is no weekend that I don't go to a soccer field to watch a game. Saturday nights with friends are untouchable. If I could, I would take a flight every weekend. I love to travel.
