1. How would you define yourself in your work? 

I would define myself as a demanding, methodical person, I like organization and, above all, helping clients in what is best for them.

2. What do you like most about your job?

Everything, really. But especially that you learn something every day.

3. What do you like most about your area/subject?

Counseling.

4. What do you think customers value most about you?

Well, it's difficult to be honest, but I think the quick resolution of problems and the passion for my work.

5. What are your hobbies during the week and during the weekend?

During the week, dinner with my daughters. And, on weekends, going out with friends, going to the movies and the theater.
