  1. How would you define yourself in your work?

As part of a team, or part of a gear.

  1. What do you like most about your job?

Having answers and answers to my questions and emails and creating new ways to reach my purpose. There are always days that I am surprised and learn... Lots of them.

On the human side, I feel at ease. It's like being with friends or family. I feel welcomed and supported by everyone, and for my part I have been very lucky in this regard.

  1. What do you like most about your area/subject?

The world of international invoices is a big one, hahaha. You end up meeting or contacting people from other countries who can become very close.

The fact that the VAT regulations in the EU keep changing, as well as the doubts raised, always make you learn, and when you end up sending the declarations to all these countries, the fact of having tried to do the best possible things and having completed them, is very satisfying.

  1. What do you think customers value most about you?

Perseverance? I think I am insistent when I want to achieve an issue or try to find new ways to achieve what I must (always with all due respect and modesty).

  1. What are your hobbies during the week and during the weekend?

Now the situation does not allow me to do so, but I like to go for walks and see friends on the weekend. I also like to swim, as it relaxes me and makes me forget my worries.

I am trying to take up the guitar again, as I love music. On weekdays and during the weekend I try to keep my mother, who is elderly, well and I also go for walks with her. I also watch a movie, catch up on the news and read.
