How would you define yourself in your work?
I would define myself as a proactive, positive person. I arrive at my job every day with the desire to do even a little better than the day before.
What do you like most about your job?
What I like the most is when I feel that I empathize with the client, that I understand their needs and that they know that I will do my best to provide solutions to their needs.
I love knowing that they trust me and that makes me be even more attentive and bring that added value to my work.
What do you like most about your area/subject?
Dealing with the people who work in the organizations. Thinking that behind each document there is a person, a family, etc...
What I try to do every day is to humanize the role and I like that.
What do you think customers value most about you?
My word, they know that when I say something I just do it and they trust me.
What are your hobbies during the week and during the weekend?
I try to exercise, although I don't always succeed.
Listening to music that cheers me up, going for a walk, having a good coffee in a relaxed way, but without a doubt my best hobby is sharing my time with my family.
