1.- How would you define yourself in your work?

I am fortunate that I like my profession and work. I am a constant person, aware that we must be up to date which means a sacrifice of hours to keep myself updated to be able to give good response and optimal results to customers. Perhaps the most grateful thing is that when a client comes with a problem, after our talk and intervention he leaves with a totally different feeling, more calm and relaxed and with the conviction that we are going to help him in everything.

I try to instill in my clients that in tax matters "prevention is better than cure".

2.-and 3 What do you like most about your job and your area/subject?

Being able to plan, create, design operations or actions to prevent possible problems, to minimize fiscal costs. Very interesting is the defense of the client before the Administration and Courts and enjoy the satisfaction when we win.

I like to solve problems and in fiscal matters I try to make the complicated things easy or understandable and create that atmosphere of trust between client and professional that I believe is fundamental to optimize results for all.

4.- What do you think is what customers value most about you?

To date, I can say that the experience, the temperance, the immediacy of response and above all the personal and direct treatment with customers.

5.- What are your hobbies during the week and during the weekend?

During the week it is difficult to find time for hobbies. I try to do some sports and find and enjoy moments to share with the family.

At the weekend, I have no special hobbies. A little bit of tennis, fighting with the golf clubs, going out with friends, discovering new restaurants, a little bit of reading that is not my job.... in short, enjoying small pleasures.
