What I value most is being able to attend to and respond to customers' needs, adapting to each situation. I am also motivated by continuous learning and the variety of knowledge acquired on a daily basis, which makes the work dynamic and rewarding.

The opportunity to learn about different areas and constantly expand my knowledge. It is an environment with many opportunities for growth, where learning is broad and cross-disciplinary, allowing me to continue evolving and adding value to my daily work.

I believe that customers particularly value friendliness and a human touch. Building trust, knowing how to listen, and empathizing with each situation is key, as every customer has their own circumstances. During the week, I like to maintain a routine and exercise discipline, as it helps me feel good, improve my concentration, and maintain balance in my daily life.
During the weekend, I try to prioritize time for myself and my loved ones. I especially enjoy hiking in the mountains, connecting with nature, and getting away from my routine—activities that bring me peace, well-being, and allow me to recharge my energy.
