How would you define yourself in your work?

I would describe myself as a proactive, positive person. I come to work every day eager to do even just a little better than the day before.

What do you like most about your job?

What I like most is when I feel that I can empathize with the client, that I understand their needs, and that they know I'll do everything I can to provide solutions to their needs.

I love knowing that they trust me, and that makes me even more attentive and helps me bring that added value to my work.

What do you like most about your area/subject?

How we treat the people who work in organizations. Remembering that behind every document there is a person, a family, and so on…

What I try to do every day is bring a human touch to the role, and I enjoy that.

My word—they know that when I say something, I actually do it, and they trust me

What are your hobbies during the week and during the weekend?

I try to exercise, although I don't always manage to.

Listening to music that lifts my spirits, going for a walk, enjoying a good cup of coffee at a leisurely pace—but without a doubt, my favorite hobby is spending time with my family.
