I am an organized and responsible person. Sometimes, too much. There are issues that keep me awake at night. I recognize that I am demanding and perfectionist, but, I promise: I try to work it out and relax because I think that, sometimes, they can generate more blockage than benefits. I am dynamic and daring: I love different things, things that involve different teams and professionals, and new challenges.
I like to work with criteria, that is to say, that we follow the same style (in form and content) in things and to be able to say my opinion with foundation (sometimes with more or less vehemence, depending on the case...). I always say that I only need two things to work: confidence and freedom (that, together, of course, with a good attitude and aptitude). I guess there is a very intense creative part in me that requires "flying"... If I don't create -from creating- I turn off, hey, like the candles...
The dynamism (being able to see very different topics) and the contact/trust that is generated with the client and the team: on the one hand, I like to see how the clients trust you with the challenges they face and that they let you accompany them as a trustworthy person. And, on the other hand, I like it when that same trust shown by the client is also shown inside, by the team, regardless of hierarchy or rank: I think that feeling that they trust you internally, in your criteria, allows you to give the best of yourself.
Solving clients' concerns: in Legal, I really like contracting (especially tailor-made contracts) and what it means to bring the parties to an agreement: getting them to sign something in a consensual way. In Commercial, I like the most creative part, that is, drawing commercial operations that, chained together, resolve and transform companies. In Human Capital, I love the processes of cultural transformation, where you see an improvement in the company and, above all, in the people who are part of it.
The combination of technical capacity with my most human side: closeness and empathy.
I love writing. It frees my mind. And to educate myself: I read about different subjects to keep learning, out of curiosity, without pretensions and without dedicating time that I don't have. And I love to have some time for myself: if possible, a walk by the sea, even better. I recharge my batteries. And, of course, I love to enjoy my family in any of its forms: whether we go to spend the day in the mountains or we stay on the couch, in movie mode with a blanket and popcorn!
