  1. How would you define yourself in your work?

Controlling and demanding! Hahaha. I like to have things under control: everything has to be as accurate and correct as possible. I guess, like everyone, I "hate" mistakes, but I try to learn from them to be a better person and a better professional.

  1. What do you like most about your job?

Working comfortably and having full confidence in the team to be able to deal with any issue that may arise. One of the pillars to achieve a good day-to-day work is to go to your job with enthusiasm and joy, to feel the support of everyone, both personally and professionally. Feeling valued and happy is the best thing that any job can offer you.

  1. What do you like most about your area/subject?

Within the two large blocks I am part of, accounting and taxation, perhaps the one I like the most is the first one. Accounting is the base of the great pyramid that a company is made up of: without it, most of the key decisions that you will have to make throughout your life cannot be taken. The sense of control/accuracy that accounting gives you is not comparable to the broad area of taxation, which is full of interpretative criteria.

  1. What do you think customers value most about you?

If I were to put myself in their shoes, I would say that they especially value my attentiveness and quick responses to their questions and queries.

  1. What are your hobbies during the week and during the weekend?

Hobbies? What is that having two girls? Hehehehe... During the week, I have little free time left, but I always try to find a moment of social life (having a coffee with a friend, for example).

And, during the weekend, the hobby of the last few years is to go to a campsite in Blanes where we have a fixed caravan. We love going up there and the girls being outdoors, as well as us being able to enjoy their "independence" and take advantage of our social moments, as well as the sun, the beach and some good vermouth.
